Swiss Makeup perform Hydra Facial wit HD/AIR BRUSH and all Needed Mode of Makeup- at Venue:
(Makeup Artist from-Delhi-Kolkata-Bangalore-Mumbai)
CHARGES- 80,000 to 1,50,000/- + Traveling, Lodging & Fooding in a best Hotel for 3 to 6 Persons.
Inclusive: Makeup, hairdo, saree draping/outfit setting,
hair extensions, Nail Extensions and false lashes + GIFT
Note: Travelling charges and accommodation will be taken care by the client.
STUDIO POLICIES:
At Swiss Cottage, we take pride in offering an exceptional experience to every bride and client who chooses us. To ensure fairness, clarity, and a seamless process for everyone, please take a moment to read through our studio policies carefully.
BOOKING & ADVANCE POLICY:
Your booking is confirmed only once the advance payment has been received. All advances are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of any changes in plans, events, or personal circumstances. The advance amount secures your date, the artist, and the team, and once a booking is confirmed, those slots are exclusively reserved for you.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:
If there are multiple bookings and the client cancels one or more events, the full charges for the cancelled event(s) remain applicable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability. In the rare case that Swiss Cottage has to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance amount for that particular service will be processed.
SERVICE & TEAM POLICY:
Basic Party Makeup is available only at the studio and cannot be performed at the venue. HD and Airbrush Makeups can be availed both at the studio and on-location, depending on the package selected. Senior and assistant artists work as part of the Swiss Cottage team and travel only under studio coordination, they are not booked independently.
PRICING TRANSPARENCY:
All prices are fixed as per the quotation shared at the time of booking. Makeup categories and their venue eligibility, whether studio or on-location are clearly defined on the website. Any special requests, add-ons, or upgrades to the original package will be charged separately.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT:
We maintain a respectful, calm, and professional environment for both our clients and our artists. The studio reserves the right to withdraw services in cases of aggressive or disrespectful communication without any refund. All communication regarding timing, services, and payments is confirmed in writing to ensure transparency.
GOODWILL & EXCEPTIONS:
The studio may extend goodwill gestures in special circumstances, but such cases are entirely discretionary and do not set a precedent for future bookings. Our goal is to maintain fairness, transparency, and an enjoyable experience for every client who chooses Swiss Cottage.
OUTSTATION WEDDING POLICY:
We love being part of destination and outstation weddings and ensure the same level of service and perfection wherever we travel. For such bookings, all travel and accommodation arrangements for the artist and team are to be provided or reimbursed by the client. Depending on the number of services and events booked, additional team members may accompany the artist, and their travel, stay, and meal arrangements must also be covered by the client. All other terms related to bookings, payments, and cancellations remain as per the general studio policies stated above.
