Grow with a nationally recognized skill development institution and start your own training centre with complete academic, operational and marketing support.
License & Branding:
Franchisee receives an official permission to operate/run a beauty & wellness centre for service and training under the NIC name, brand, and academic system.
Term of Agreement:
Franchise Fee: A one-time new proposed franchise fee is Rs-1,50,000/- for year 2026.
Franchise tenure is of 6 years. Renewable of franchise for additional 6-year depend on the
previous development record of the franchise centre.
Student’s Registration & Certification Fees:
Student’s registration & certification fees are 20% of course training fee.
Franchisees must deposit student’s registration and certification within 7 days of admission.
Student’s Course Fees: Student’s training course fee will be decided by the franchise centre.
Training & Support:
Pre-Opening Support: NIC assists with site setup guidance, Online marketing support, front-office recruitment, lab setup, and other launch activities.
Quality Standards:
Franchisee must strictly follow NIC’s academic standards, branding rules, and maintain required infrastructure and student support quality.
Marketing Compliance:
All marketing and advertising must follow NIC’s branding guidelines. Major campaigns require franchiser approval.
Confidentiality & Non-Compete:
Franchisee must protect all NIC materials and information and cannot run or associate with a competing education business during the contract and for 6 years post-termination.
Minimum Performance Requirement:
Franchise centres must register at least 20 students Quarterly. If get failure, franchiser will think to provide/setup a new franchise centre near by the your franchise centre.
Termination Conditions:
NIC may terminate the agreement/franchise for non-payment, non-compliance, operational abandonment, insolvency, or repeated violation of standards. All NIC branding and materials must be discontinued immediately upon termination.
Post-Termination Obligations:
After termination, the franchisee will be asked to stop using NIC’s name, return all materials, dues and documents.
Transfer of Franchise:
Franchisse can not transfer the franchesse/centre to the name of other person or relatives. Only registered entrepreneur can run the centre. in case of death of the registered entrepreneur his/her immediate successor can run the centre with proper information to the NIC Management.

Structured training for franchisees and their teaching / non-teaching staff.
Special business and centre management training for the Director.
Regular faculty training at head office & regional offices.
Standardised national/international syllabus, study materials and reading resources.
Centralised online/offline examinations through NIC management system.

Free advertisements through official website and social media.
Design and guidance for launch advertising campaigns.
Banner/leaflets support on new franchise
Prospectus copies, admission forms and banners for professional promotion.
Support in organising press conferences and preparing press releases.
Online admission and billing support for smooth administration.
Templates and documentation for daily centre operations.
Setup & Launch Assistance
Site finalisation and layout of the floor plan.
Guidance for infrastructure development and interior designing.
Design of signage and direction boards with proper mounting.
Support in interview, selection and recruitment of key staff.
Monthly franchise support manager visits for planning and marketing.
Continuous academic support, centralised exams and performance tracking.
Long-term guidance to help you build a sustainable, reputed centre.
